Topic: Busy Days in the Winter Vacation

  I am busy this week because I need to accompany my children to do their winter homeworks.

  My son and eldest daughter have their winter break since last week. Thus, they have a lot of winter assignments such as paintings, writings, reading reports, and artworks etc.

  These assignments have a little bit of difficulty. For example, the theme of my son’s composition is “a little happiness in life.” It means that a person finds one or two little events to make him or her happy and feel blessed in daily life. The topic is easy for adults but is hard for a fourth grade student. I explaine the meaning of the topic to my son and guide him how to write.

  For this reason, we spent about two weeks in winter break homeworks. Now, we have finished these homeworks. We can enjoy out winter vacation and Chinese New Year finally.
